Indonesia Real Estate Organization has been propose the tentative draft of regulation regarding property ownership for foreign citizen at Indonesia become to 70 years ownership’s.
Now, the organization has giving the tentative draft to government representative who will be handle it, and going for selection to be a formal regulation.
If the regulation can be realize by government, Indonesia Real Estate Organization optimist that some foreign investment will be coming to our country and invest their money to absorp our property market, especially to our potensial market area like in Jakarta, Bali and Batam.
