Satu persatu pengalaman menarik mulai mewarnai hidup saya, diundang menjadi nara sumber (28/08/08) dalam sebuah acara drama televisi (menurut informasi tayangnya tanggal 05 09 September 2008, Jam 17:00-18:00 WIB, so, don’t miss it guys !!!…) menyambut bulan puasa oleh stasiun TV yang tergolong masih baru (masih siaran percobaan) namun menurut saya cukup prospektif, yaitu Televisi Nusantara (TVN) yang Production House (PH) nya berlokasi di Cikarang, Jawa Barat.

Mungkin anda berpikir kok jauh sekali yach PH-nya? Padahal kantor pusatnya ada dikawasan sentra bisnis ternama di Jl. Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta. Sebenarnya bukanlah hal yang aneh mengapa Cikarang yang dipilih oleh TVN sebagai salah satu markas mereka.

The government of Indonesia is very optimistic that the economic growth will be 6,2% for the next year (2009).

Finance Minister, Sri Mulyani Indrawati said that our economic growht in the last 8 month of this year (2008) was realized by more than 6% and our Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from non-oil and gas sector also was increased become to 7%.

Meskipun sempat tertunda listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 12 Agustus lalu, akhirnya PT Trada Maritime Tbk., memastikan listing pada 10 September 2008 mendatang, setelah memperoleh pernyataan efektif dari Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan (Bapepam-LK) 27 Agustus 2008 lalu.

Sementara itu perseroan juga telah menjadwalkan masa penawaran akan mulai dilakukan sejak hari Selasa (2/9) hingga Kamis (4/9) minggu depan.

To increase the economic growth, the local government of North Sulawesi provincial (Manado) was approved almost 42 foreign investment projects since 2005 till 2008.

According to Ridwan Zees as a Head of the Program Development Unit at the North Sulawesi Regional Investment and Cooperation Coordination Board (BKPMKR), currently the foreign investment was interest to invest the projects were mostly engaged in the fishery and tourism sectors.

Setelah sempat di suspend oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 26 Agustus 2008 lalu, akhirnya saham PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk (FREN) kembali aktif diperdagangkan sejak Jum’at pagi (29/08) kemarin.

Isu yang beredar adalah telah terjadi transaksi penjualan saham oleh salah satu pemiliknya, Hary Tanoe sebanyak 15,8% kepada PT Global Mediacom Tbk. (dulu PT Bimantara Citra Tbk.,), atau setara dengan Rp. 3,19 miliar, karena dilepas pada harga Rp. 143 per lembar sahamnya.

Malls and office buildings agreed with state power company PLN to enact a less severe version of a regulation on power-saving after originally rejecting the decree and threatening protests.

Director PLN for Java and Bali, Murtaqi Syamsudin said that the parties agreed that the businesses will switch to power generators for three hours per week, instead of the initially proposed 10 hours.

Salah satu agenda PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang rencananya akan dilangsungkan pada 26 September 2008 mendatang adalah meminta persetujuan para pemegang saham, terkait dengan niat perseroan untuk membeli 7.500 lembar saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh anak usahanya sendiri, yaitu PT Indomobil Group Sejahtera Langgeng (IMGSL).

Melalui laporan keterbukaan informasi kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI ) di Jakarta (29/08), perseroan menyampaikan niatnya  untuk mengakuisisi saham anak usahanya tersebut.
