Net profit United Tractors increase 118.47%
Publicly listed heavy machinery company PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) announced the first half of financial report at July, 29 of 2008.
The company was booked net profit till Rp. 1.206 trillion or increase 118.47% from the last year in the same period which only reaching Rp. 552.346 billion (www.detikfinance.com)
Total sales for the first half of 2008 was reached Rp. 12.591 trillion or increase 53.67% from the last year in the same period which only reaching Rp. 8.193 trillion.
Komatsu heavy machinery was contributed around 43.9% increasing of the total sales, from 1,733 units become to 2,492 units of sales.
United Tractors group is a primary supplier of heavy equipment and related services in Indonesia with total assets exceeds Rp 5.58 trillion at end of 2000.
