Executive Vice President Coordinator Change Management Office of Bank Mandiri, Haryanto T Budiman, announcing in press release that Bank Mandiri was canceled the acquisition of Indover Bank. The formal letter also was sent to Central Bank, Finance Minister and BUMN Minister since Thursday (25/09/08).

This decision is also related by the global financial crisis currently, before cancel this planning, Bank Mandiri was confirm to acquisition Indover Bank who share-owned by Central Bank (BI) if the global macro economic still condusive, but financial market turbelence was change all of the economic condition.

Bank Mandiri was canceled this planning and now focus to anticipate and doing some preparation to cover the negative influence of global economic crisis.
