Agung Podomoro will Invest Rp. 800 billion in 2009
Agung Podomoro Group (APG) will invest Rp. 800 billion for 3-4 new projects on this year (2009).
Actually, for temporary their investment will not influence by global financial crisis currently.
One of these project is Cosmo Terrace Appartment at Hotel Indonesia area which initial investment is around Rp. 200 billion.
The other projects will develop by APG are for a middle segmentation (residencial appartment), there are consist of Thamrin Residence (Centre Jakarta), Kalibata Residence (East Jakarta) and the other one will develop at West Jakarta area.
If the economic condition at now still not influence by significantly, these projects will release by APG on this year (2009).
APG has still commit to continue their project in 2009 to avoid unemployeement and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) condition.
