PADA pembahasan yang lalu (Bag-5) saya sudah pernah menyampaikan bagaimana memahami Obligasi melalui karakteristiknya. Untuk mengenal lebih jauh tentang obligasi, berikut ini kita lihat satu persatu obligasi berdasarkan jenis-jenisnya, yaitu sebagai berikut (www.idx.co.id):
Berdasarkan penerbitnya
· Corporate Bonds: obligasi yang diterbitkan oleh perusahaan, baik yang berbentuk badan usaha milik negara (BUMN), atau badan usaha swasta.
· Government Bonds: obligasi yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah pusat.
· Municipal Bond: obligasi yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk membiayai proyek-proyek yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan publik (public utility).

Total sales transaction of property in Jabodetabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi) area in 2008 was reached Rp. 11,89 trillion or decrease around 8,7 percent if we compare by the some perioed in 2007 which reached Rp. 13,03 trillion.
Executive Director of Indonesia Property Watch, Ali Tranghanda said that the decrease of property sector in Jabodetabek area is out of control and not as per the target. It was caused by impact of global financial crisis in the end of 2008 year’s.

Agung Podomoro Group (APG) will invest Rp. 800 billion for 3-4 new projects on this year (2009).
Actually, for temporary their investment will not influence by global financial crisis currently.
One of these project is Cosmo Terrace Appartment at Hotel Indonesia area which initial investment is around Rp. 200 billion.

Toll Road Regulator asking the investor to evaluating and prepare the strategy to realize the toll road projects in 2009.
Head of Indonesian Toll Road Association, Fatchur Rochman said that investor was ready and also giving the progress report to continue the toll road project in this year.

General Secretary of Organda, T. R. Panjaitan said that the organization agree to decrease the transportation tariff 6% refer to government regulation who also decreasing the oil price.
6% of decreasing is the realistic number for Organda, caused by for this time the spare parts of vehicles still influenced by our currency depreciation to US Dollar.

The authorized agent of Chevrolet, PT General Motors Autoworld Indonesia (GMAI) very optimistic that in a second semester, automotive market will better and of course they will meet their sales target for this year around 3.000 unit.
Managing Director of GMAI, Makiat Sutikno agree that the automotive market will be decreasing refer to a global crisis at now, but for all, Indonesia market still potential to realize their sales target.

Refer to “Gaza” conflict after Israel forces seized control of high-rise buildings and attacked smuggling tunnels in the tenth day of fighting with Hamas in Gaza on Monday, oil price was increase above US$ 48 per a barrel to day (06/01/09).
For the information that untill this time, the Israel’s offensive has killed at least 500 people, and about 25 percent of wom were civilians.

In 2009, cigarette tax will be rising 7 percent. The government plans to increase the tobacco tax by roughly 7 percent in 2009 to curb the growing rate of consumption at 5 percent.
For the next year (2009), hopely the government who representative by the ministry’s head of fiscal policy, Anggito Abimanyu said that it will receive around Rp. 48.2 trillion from tobacco tax revenue.
