MENYAMBUNG pembahasan saya pada “Sunset Policy, Tidak Akan Diperiksa (Kalau Jujur)…!!!…. (Bag-1)”, pada dasarnya saya setuju bahwa lebih banyak hal positifnya ketimbang hal negatif dari Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WPOP) atau Wajib Pajak Badan (WPB) yang ingin memanfaatkan fasilitas “Sunset Policy” ini, hal tersebut terlihat dari poin-poin sebagaimana sudah disampaikan pada artikel Bag-1 tersebut.

Namun ada satu poin yang jika diperhatikan dengan seksama memiliki interpretasi “jebakan” bagi masyarakat, isu ini pula yang saat ini merebak ditengah-tengah masyarakat yang hingga hari ini masih bingung mau pilih yang mana, ikutan “Sunset Policy” atau tidak???….

SEBENARNYA berita terkait dengan fasilitas “Sunset Policy” yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WPOP) dan Wajib Pajak Badan (WPB) bukanlah hal yang baru, tapi karena saat ini batas akhirnya diperpanjang, dari yang tadinya berakhir 31 Desember 2008, sekarang menjadi 28 Februari 2009, mudah-mudahan saja informasi yang saya sampaikan ini masih bermanfaat buat rekan-rekan yang masih ragu dan tidak tahu harus berbuat apa.

Sebelum kita bahas lebih jauh, ada baiknya kita mengenal mahluk apakah si-“Sunset Policy” ini, yang (sebelum batas waktunya diperpanjang hingga 28 Februari 2009) membuat sebagian orang rela membatalkan rencana liburan akhir tahunnya, kemudian lebih memilih untuk mengantri sejak matahari terbit hingga matahari terbenam hanya untuk dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas “Sunset Policy”.

Toll Road Regulator asking the investor to evaluating and prepare the strategy to realize the toll road projects in 2009.

Head of Indonesian Toll Road Association, Fatchur Rochman said that investor was ready and also giving the progress report to continue the toll road project in this year.

General Secretary of Organda, T. R. Panjaitan said that the organization agree to decrease the transportation tariff 6% refer to government regulation who also decreasing the oil price.

6% of decreasing is the realistic number for Organda, caused by for this time the spare parts of vehicles still influenced by our currency depreciation to US Dollar.

To support the expansion for this year (2009), state-owned company, PT Garuda Indonesia Airways (GIA) has planning to add the new armada about 14 unit aircraft for type Boeing 737 New Generation (B737NG).

With these armada, Garuda Indonesia Airways will increase their flight number for domestic and international route.

President Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono said that our economic growth for this year (2009) estimately will be above 4.5 percent and it is the reason number to be reached by the government.

In the global crisis currently, the number’s of economic growht is a conservative target. As we know that every countries in the world also was decrease their economic growht and adjusted by the current situation.

Tema pembukaan perdagangan BEI pada tahun ini  adalah “Building Confidence in The Global Market Turbulence” yang diharapkan dapat memberikan optimisme pada industri Pasar Modal Indonesia di tahun 2009 ini, setelah di tahun 2008 mengalami guncangan akibat krisis finansial global yang melanda dunia.

Start on the 1st of December 2008, we have to buy gasoline is only Rp. 5,500 per litre. As we know that the decreasing of oil price in the world has making our goverment to consider a further lowering of the reguler gasoline price from Rp. 6,000 become to Rp. 5,500 per liter.

Now (Dec, 05/08), the world’s oil price still continue to decrease ‘till below US$ 46 per barrel as a reaction to worsening global economic condition further to lower of oil demand.

Net profit PT Pertamina EP who owned by state-own company, PT Pertamina (Persero) till October 2008 was reached Rp. 18.41 trillion.

This amount are increase more than 200 percent from the last year (2007). In 2006 PT Pertamina EP was booked net profit only Rp. 6.72 trillion and for 2007 the company was booked Rp. 9.02 trillion (www.mediaindonesia.com).
