In the global financial crisis now, government which representative by the central bank (BI) still continuously to monitoring and ensuring the condition of banking sector.

The global crisis also will affect the banking industry, especially for fluctuation of  our  currency and interest rates.

The serious influences also will be impact on bank’s capability to provide some credits facilities, collect funds and pay debts.

If we compare from the last year at the some period, our credit’s growth was decrease on last month (September 2008). This condition is the banking responsiveness refer to the treath of credit’s growht more quickly till 36 percent (year on year/ YoY at August 2008) from the target which only 24.6 percent . 

While, on September 2008, Mont to Month (MtM) growth’s is only 1.08 percent, its better than last month (August 2008) was reached more than 2 percent growht’s (www.bi.go.id).
