Communities of Indonesian Export Company ask the government to stabilize the IDR-currency at level Rp. 9.500 per US dollar. As we know that the depreciation of IDR-currency to US dollars will be influence the business condition become to the worst condition.

To cover this condition, government must be doing some intervention to hedge our domestic economic condition. For example, increase the guarantee for saving account become to 100 percent, decreasing the oil price and also decrease on interest rate for credit facility at mass industries.

Global crisis was reflected by difficulty some exportir to open the Letter of Credit (L/C) to United Stated of America (USA) and European market. Almost 50 percent of export contracts from Indonesia especially for long term contract was cancelled by the importir.

Head of Indonesian’s Association of Enterpreunership, Sofwan Wanandi, said that the demand from USA and European market was decrease and it has been impact directly to our textile, shoes, electronic and fishenary sector. Some of these contracts agreement has been cancelled by the importir.
