Bajaj Upgrade Their Existing Plan
In 2009, the Bajaj Group is amongst the top 10 business houses in India which motorcycle maker “Bajaj” has plans to spend between US$ 50 – US$ 60 million for the next year to upgrade their existing plant in here, highlighting the positive prospects for Indonesia’s motorcycle industry despite forecasts of slower economic growth.
Lim Sam Hong as a Regional Sales Manager of Bajaj Auto Indonesia was confirmed the plan, saying it would increase its existing capacity of 100,000 semi-knocked down motorcycles per year and the construction is expected to start in mid-2009.
